It is 18 months since we booked our holiday of a lifetime and now it seems so close, 34 days in fact before we leave Southampton on our
cruise right round South America aboard the
Adonia a small 700 passenger ship in the P&O fleet.
This is the very first post and will form the basis of an ongoing record that we, Mo and Rob, hope to maintain as we leave and finally return to the UK on our holiday of a lifetime.
During the voyage there will be an even more special day for me it will be our twentieth wedding anniversary while we are away, what a lovely way to celebrate travelling round the world with my love.
